Hi
Been driving a tractor today with CVT (Continously Variable Transmision), it was a Puma 195, quite a strange set up, whilst not new, (The system I mean, the tractor is brand spanking new!) it is most strange, jump up on the seat, and swith on, release the clutch expecting to go, and nothing happens, then you acelerate away. To stop come off the gas pedal, and it comes to a halt, a really good system, for yard work, I think I prefere it over the normal pwershift transmisions.
A little like this.
Cheers
