I saw a clip of this on the news yesterday, some mad Swedish ladies dicing with the traffic on the M6, repeatedly, even after being clobbered by passing vehicles Shocked

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/7636577.stm

I saw an interesting sight, I think on the M42, a week or so back, amidst the oncoming traffic. A lady had parked her car on the chevrons in the middle of the motorway, where the motorway split in two directions, and had strolled back to have a better look at the overhead signs. She was stood there considering which lane she should have taken while cars whisked by at very close quarters on either side. Some people huh!!

Saw those Swedish girls and they were nutters! There are a lot of people who take photos of the view outside my flat, and one guy who comes regularly, parks his car full square in the centre of a (painted) roundabout just outside here. Buses go around there and into a bus lane, and articulated vehicles use the roundabout to turn around to access other parts of the quay. Shocked It takes all sorts!

Hi

I was going to ask about them women tonight, if anyone saw them.

They were mad, one got hit by a waggon, that shut her up, but the other that got hit by two cars continued to fight with the police.

Did they say if they had taken anything ast the end of the program? If they hadn't I may advise they need to!

Cheers

Dave

Frankly having watched the clip, I think they should have been sentenced to something like 2-3 years, not one day! They could easily have caused a major pile up with many deaths of innocent people. One can only assume they were high on heroine or something. I also wonder why we should mobilise an air ambulance for people like this, send a normal Ambulance by road, if they died in the course of the journey then I reckon they would have got their wish.

One should have stayed in prison until the other was fit enough to leave hospital and them present them with a huge bill as they were deported together.
