took this picture of a farmer in tenerife last year , not looking where he was going and not quite beaking the speed limit at about 5mph . i thought he was a one off , but spotted 2 or 3 later on up in the hills. maybe he was looking at a nice senorita though! |

I took this pic in the Dominican Republic a couple of years ago; I thought gas cylinders were supposed to be transported upright?  or may be its a diy LPG job
