this needs a lot of work, and some re-assembly before it could even be moved...

too much for me to take on, I need to reduce the backlog rather than add to it Wink

Hi all -

makes mine a relatively quick fix for the MOT and if the seller tried to fit a Daimler V8 - well not much room.

Not much progress on mine - DVLA want a release letter from the MoD and old RAF records are now in the hands of the army and they were unable to find any trace of E83Ws in RAF service.

Ford should be able to provide proof that the vehicle went to the MoD but the trail may well end there. I'd like to have a clearer idea of registration problems before installing engine and external bodywork. The original reg. No. from Ford will help. I am, as always open to advice

cheers

Is there any reason you need the military papers, or is it just for interest's sake?

cheers, Rick

DVLA can be very awkward, it can depend on which office you are dealing with too, one local to me is very annoying, on the other hand the one in the other direction is very good.

pm me with your issues if you like, I will try to help where I can, as I had a nightmare!

Cheers
