Hope this hasn't been posted before... but has anyone else clocked the Austin Apache which comes to grief in the L&V commercial?
What's happening here?
First thought was that the filming was in South Africa - Many TV ads are done there. But the Volvo has a UK plate and the bollards and general street scene is quite Anglicised. Apache seems to have a UK reg but with an unfamiliar typeface.
I have only seen a couple of Victoria/Apaches at large in the UK and that was years ago. Anyone know of any now? |

| According to other forums discussing such things it was filmed in Cape Town, S.Africa and the Volvo number plate was 'badly' dubbed. |
