I have just decided to restore a 1960 Hillman Husky, i dont know much about these cars or history, and at the moment i have having quite a time finding parts, and stuff i am going to need to revive her. so im turning to yall for help.
im just looking for information on them i have done a little reaserch on their history and ive gotten some information. i really want to know what cars will swap parts with them ect ect
what would also be awsome if anyone knew of a place that sells the body panels and body peices, im pretty much jus saving the body and the the frame suspension and motor are going to be differnt.
thanks for yalls help

I think you'll find that bonnet and front wings are the same as similar age Minx models. Most other panels are unique.
The 1960 Minx uses a 1494 cc engine instead of the 1390 cc used in the Husky but I think you'll find you can swap without problems. Likwise the gearbox and rear axle although the ratios will differ. Radiator, heater and other smaller parts will also be usable. Windscreens should be swappable but other glass is probably unique. I think doors are unique to the Husky.

For parts, have a look at the websites of "Alpine West Midlands" and "Speedy Spares". |
