I haven't got a picture of my own as they are rare here but did you know that the French car called Rosengart was also an Austin 7 made under licence

I do not have an original 1920/1930's photo of an Austin Seven. However, the importance of the Austin Seven worldwide cannot be overstated.
As Greeney has commented, in France the Rosengart built the Seven under licence until as late as 1952/53.
In Germany, Dixi bult the Austin Seven under licence until the company was bought out by BMW. Hence, the first BMW car was an Austin Seven.
In Britain, Swallow Sidecars bought running A7 chassis' from Austin and built their own bodies to sell as their first cars. This company ended up as Jaguar.
Both Lotus and Lola started life with Austin Sevens.
Nissan in Japan built cars that were recognisable copies of the Austin Seven.
American Austin built Austin Sevens under licence with "mirror image" engines. (Totally restyled bodies however - very much like tiny Chevrolets of the day!) They were not very succesful. However the company went on to become Bantam. Their cars were Austin Seven engined, but had "Walt Disney" bodies and did not sell terribly well. However, this was the company that designed and built the prototypes of the extremely successful wartime vehicle known as the JEEP. (Ford and Willys got the contract to construct most of them because the Bantam facilities were far too small!!)
Sir Frank Whittle of jet engine fame, used a secondhand, rebuilt Austin Seven engine as a starter for his first successful jet engine.
