Dear Rick,

I am writing to ask if you would know of, or know how I can get in touch
with, vintage car enthusiasts in the Edinburgh area.

I teach a class of 5 and 6 year-olds at an Edinburgh primary school and we
will be learning about transport in the past next term (end of Feb/beginning
of March). Trips to museums to see old cars and steam engines often prove
prohibitively expensive but I was wondering if it would be possible to find
a classic car enthusiast who would be willing to come to the school to show
and talk about his vehicle one afternoon?

I found your name and e-mail address on the Classic and Vintage Vehicle
Forum and hope you don't mind my contacting you about this. I would be very
grateful for any information you could offer.
