Hi

Anyone got a 1172cc engine, good bad what ever, to be used as a base for a rebuild?

Cheers

Dave

Hi

Yeah, I never got chance during the week to come over, if you dig them out I will attempt to come over next week sometime, am "booked up all weekend", been out this morning, and just got back for some brunch, then off to nantwich on the farthing in an hour or so for a look up the church tower, should be good, been trying to get up there for years!

How much do you want for them? Email me if you like. I think have been offered a complete engine for £50 that needs rings and a rebuild as it is smoking a bit, so will probably get that too.

Just been to the scrapies, bought two fire extingushers, and saw a few other goodies I like the look of, I may go back one dinnertime, posibly with a van! hehe

Cheers

Dave

Hi

Think I have conquered my fear of hights, 100 foot up and what an amazing day!

Great views, could see Jodrell bank and to the wrekin!
What an amazing building right on the door step, you have no idea of the detail until you get up close like we did today!

Cheers

Hi

There happens to be a bell ringer at work. Go into the church and ask about it, and you get a straight no way, health and safety! That is what I have had for years, but it is possible!

The spiral stairs were quite scary with my big feet. Some of the doors were also rather small, all fun and querkieness though! Got some pics I will post in a new thread during the week.

Cheers
