My 1912 Alldays is well on it's way to a new body but the 1920s fuel tank it's been using for 30 years will not fit. Rather than making a new tank, I'm on the hunt for a tank that can be scuttle mounted.

Condition does not matter, size is :

36 inches long max

10 inches tall max

6inches deep max

I am being denied all access to my baby for at least another 3 weeks whilst the frame is completed. I'll update the main thread and keep this one clear for the rush of people offering me tanks. Laughing

I know I've got one oddball tank off something stored away somewhere, I'll have a root and see what the dimensions are

it's a long shot, and I've not looked at it closely for some time, so it may be nothing like suitable Smile

If it's a million to one shot, then it might just work!

Sorted!

Bought one through Pre War Car. It's from an c1912 Minerva and it is complete with original cap, tap and fittings. Roughly 18 litres.

Score!
