I am looking for a new resto project and am keeping my eyes open for a Lotus Elan+2s 130. Blue with silver roof. I am aiming for a total resto so cheap and all there would be my goal. Anybody sees something like this lurking in a garden some where...

Good luck with the search - some 20 years ago, when I lived with my folks still, there was an Elan in a garden just up the road, and about 1 mile away one or two Elans in a different garden, including I think a +2, sadly none there now Sad There was a +2 bodyshell at a local breakers 2 or 3 years back but I think that's disappeared now too.

DOH!

Never mind but I am on a tight schedule, the car need to be done for my wife’s 40th birthday...she’s 31 now so that’s only 9 years!!! These things takes time though!!!!
