I have this Paladin in my shed. Any idea of the model name ? I believe it is around 1950 manufacture date.

Hi, the model "Paladin" you have here is a WISDOM of around 1950
looks like an interesting project are you going to restore ?  |

Hello Sir,
I seem to remember finding a picture of a Wisdom, and it was different to my van. I may be wrong, but I think I had already eliminated the Wisdom, unless the picture I saw was wrong of course.
Confused ? you will be............. I know I am.
To restore, ot not to restore ?......that is the question.
As I need my shed for our new van, I have nowhere to keep her, so I have to move her on, somehow.
I bought her with a view to restoring her to her former glory, alas, time eludes me, what with the upkeep of our other vans, and car, etc......
I hope someone has the same foresight and can rescue her.

Try putting an advert on this site - you never know! I don't know what model it is, but it's a lovely van, just the sort I like! Unfortunatley I've got no space for it

hI HAVE DOUBLE CHECKED MY INFO (PAGE 20 OF PRACTICAL CARAVANING ,1952 ) AND IT IS A" WISDOM" THE LINES OF THE VAN GO BACK PRE WAR ,AND WAS A CONTRAST TO THE BOXIER SHAPE THAT WERE THEN COMING INTO VOGUE
WHATS IT LIKE INSIDE THE VAN ,IS IT INTACT ?
AM INTERESTED IN THE VAN
WHERE ABOUTS ARE YOU .... . |

I have decided to put this "Paladin Wisdom" up for sale.
It will need a full restoration and is available for viewing.
I ask £100 for the van as it stands.
I am in North Shropshire if anyone is interested.

I think this Paladin is about a 1940s Wisdom ( I guess 14ft)
before the roofline was changed.
Later models in my archive show a flater roofline but same side panels
