I have come across this Austin which is being sold by a Salvage company on the 28th of July it is up to £425 at the moment and to Me looks an easy restoration (aren't they all Laughing ) The company is called Copart.co .uk (universal-salvage) and this particular car is at the Sandy Bedfordshire branch. The Car runs and drives!

What a glorious Austin Big Seven! They came in both 2 door and 4 door versions. The four door version always looked strange with both doors open on one side, just the lonely pillar left holding the roof up!

The engine is almost identical to the 1940-1948 Eight HP.

I hope somebody grabs that for restoration or a very thorough tidy-up!

Keith

I agree, seems a bargain at that price. Is anyone here going to save it?
