As I said in the previous topic the sale of the Crusader.
When I worked with Royal Mail I tendered for a Sherpa van with no engine and got it for a tenner. I "acquired" an 1800 diesel engine, fitted it and sold the van at Central Car Auctions a fortnight later for £380. Never spent a coin on it  _________________ The Clan Chieftain |

Traveller I restored a couple of years ago. Bought in bits for £250. Managed to get new timbers for £350, spent another £500 on bits such as wings, floor panels and paint. Sold it for £5500  |

I don't think I EVER made a profit on any car.I do know ,if I had saved all the money I've spent on clunkers,I could have bought a new one 3 times over.But where's the fun in that?  |
