Carlight Caravan Collection - Open Day 15-16 May 2010

A Date For Your Diary …

Come and see the Carlight Caravan Collection at the Carlight Open Weekend on 15th and 16th May 2010. This will be held at Vantage Caravans, 57 Sleaford Road,Tattershall, Lincs LN4 4JG (Saturday 15 May 9-5pm, Sunday 16 May 10-4pm).

The Carlight Collection is the collection of historic Carlight Caravans, with one model from every decade of the company’s manufacturing history. These range from the Carlight Light Four made in the 1930s to the very last Commander 132 to roll off the production line in 2003.

This is the first time the entire collection will be finished and on display together, and as well as the caravans to look at, some of the original members of staff will be on hand to show you around and help in any way they can. Everyone is welcome. Do please come along and have a look round.

Vantage Caravans are the only authorised Carlight sales agent for used Carlight Caravans, so why not talk to them if you are thinking of buying or selling a Carlight. They also have a well-stocked accessory shop and first-class workshop facilities.

Whilst you’re there, why not make a day of it and visit Tattershall’s famous medieval red-brick Castle (National Trust property) built by Ralph Cromwell, Lord Treasurer of England, one of the most powerful men in the country, and admire the beautiful 15th-century collegiate church beside it. Both are only 5 minutes drive away from Vantage Caravans.

For those coming to stay in their own caravan, both Tattershall and Bainland Park (Bainland Park is practically on the doorstep of Vantage Caravans) caravan parks offer excellent facilities.

NB. Please note the new address! Carlight’s old factory site in Sleaford has now been redeveloped, so please note the new address.

If you require any further information please contact Vantage Caravans directly on 01526 345670 or visit the Carlight website: www.carlight.co.uk or email us at mail@carlight.co.uk.
