I know about the connection between Austin7s and BMW but what is the story about FMT 517?

Did you try walking up to the top of the banking (especially near the foot bridge). Steep isn't it?

It was a Frazer-Nash. Not sure on the story but it was parked with the moderns (and an MGB) as the marshalls wouldn't let non-Austin/Morris cars in. However, there were at least two MGA's and a Hudson Terraplane that had sneaked in....
My dad formed another show in the main carpark with his FB Victor, a Wolseley 16/60 and a Rover P4

I did indeed go up to the top, then I came down again because I thought I might fall  Much steeper than it looks.....
