i have been given a non-runner,but are they worth restoring?from what i've read,they were rubbish when new!

RM1 (and 2) are Quite Interesting, as they were Raleigh designs and not Mobylettes built under licence like the later ones, so one is well worth restoring if you can find the parts. The Wisp was the one that was rubbish. It was based on the RSW 16 bike, but fortunately the engine usually gave up before the frame broke Shocked

cheers geoff.my rm1 has been off the road a long time,got a 1964 tax disc on it!
