Can anyone help with this query??

Hello, I wonder if you may be able to help please with identifying an old motorcyle frame? I was recently in the Czech republic and met a wonderful character, a classic motorcycle racer, who was preparing a rare Walter machine for it's next race.

What he wanted to know however was the identity of another machine he had in the garage next door, I've sent two pictures of it, mainly just the frame as you can see. He thinks it's from about 1920, and it has metric threads so is doubtless continental but we don't even know if it is Czech. He was such a nice man it would be great if I could help him to identify it,if you have any ideas I would be very pleased to hear from you,best wishes, Steven .
