Anyone know what this is. the interior looks a bit home made, but the exterior looks factory made. Around the 1950's i would say not the 1920's or 30's the seller thinks.

Judging by the ground clearance, and the weight of the cooker, it was built to be used as a static van Dalek.
The roof looks like moulded fibreglass to me.
I can't remember when fibreglass mouldings as large as that, and as good as that, started to be used on caravans, but I would have guessed late 50s at the earliest.
Not many people seemed to be able to mould fibreglass successfully even by the late fifties.
The cooker could be pre-WW2, it could also be a replacement for whatever went in originally.
