Morning all,
I received this photo the other day, and the following request for help with identifying it if possible....?

I would be grateful if you could help me identify this pipe clamp, I was told when I was given it by an old neighbour that it was off a Rolls Royce but I have no way of being certain. It would be great if you could indentify it for me, thanks.
