This is a nice period photo.
Obviously their friends do not have a spare bed for the night,so they had to bring along the caravan,just pop it in the street outside nobody will trouble you.
It is also hot weather looking at all the open house windows,no boom boom music exiting from these buy to lets.
Already the houses look a bit drab,they are not old looking at the architecture.
The car also looks a bit down at heal. Watch that fabric bodywork,Stanley the knife might be lurking down the street.
Park up like that now and in the morning some youth would have grafted his Corsa into the back of your caravan.

You can still do this in leafy Cambridge,if you know the quiet roads,we do for the night sometimes.

Lovely photograph, the car interests me as much as the caravan. Looks like an 'Bullnose' and with its moderate power output I would think it really struggled to pull that caravan!
