Hi guys,
Maybe you can help me with this car. It obviously is a Rolls Royce, but which one?
Is it a Phantom I or something else? I guess it is not a Phantom II because of the shape of the doors, is it?

Very difficult to say, so many have been re bodied over the years, but I will stick my neck out and say Hooper 20hp. Looks way to small for Phantom. |

'Tis difficult - to me the body looks wrong and rather like a Barker barrel sided tourer attempt on a later chassis - almost certainly a rebody. Possibly a 20/25 rebodied - is that a wedding trade colour?
I'm not a RR expert - hope somebody is - as a make they seem rather boring and to be seen in rather than providing driving fun. In the formal cars the poor old chauffeur got the rough end of the stick in front of the division. _________________ Jonathan Butler

I can't say anything about the colour or anything else I'm afraid as I didn't take the photo myself. If I had I would have asked the owner of what it was. _________________ Regards from BJcarblog's mum

Not an Wedding car, least not to my mind. Look at the tiny rear door opening onto that wheel cover, imagine that on an wet wedding day, disaster. This is why I reckon its an small 20hp chassis bodied to look rather splendid, and it is an very nice looking car. |

It's a very big car, judging by the people standing on the roof! |
