Contemplating replacement of the exhaust system on my 1928 car, thought of patching but its really gone to far I think. Recommendations please for Companies in East Anglia area that can manufacture an system from pattern supplied.
I have been casting my net but thus far the Companies seem to use stainless rather than the cheaper mild steel option that I would prefer.
Thanks Smile

Haven't measured the pipe diameter but looks about 4 or 5 inches. I will measure up tomorrow.

You have to divide that by Pi (3.142) which give you 1 3/4" pipe.

My drainpipe down the side of the house is smaller than that.
Even the exhaust on a centurian tank was smaller

Try either Collectors Car parts 02088973774, they do loads of systems for old cars or if you want a bespoke system I used Exhausts by Design (just google it) who built a one off system taking into account the suggestions of my engine builder re lengths of primaries etc.
