The Tour came through Stoke by Clare at 11.05 this morning. The Police escort took 7 minutes to pass us and the cyclists took 15 seconds. They were going faster than some of our cars.

Hi
On Helicopter heroes this wk there was a report about a road racer cyclist who had a front tyre blowout at 60mph on a downhill stretch while training.
Quite serious injuries, they don't have the protection M/cyclists have. _________________ Bristols should always come in pairs.
