Hi all, received an email yesterday from someone needing to id a wheel on their trailer....

"I wonder if you can help me,I have an old trailer which I am renovating and I am trying to find a spare wheel for it,I attach a photo of the wheel and one of the axle .

Stamped on the rim is 3 5/8 J -13 RO &CO Made in England.
Have you any idea what car it may have come off.
Thanks"

Does anyone recognise it??

Rick, can you organise a picture looking to the front of the axle? Also the wheel HCD?

Rick, the axle isn't the one that I initially thought (early Reliant) but, as far as wheels go, one from an Opel (Vauxhall) will probably fit. On these, the HCD (PCD to you lot) is 100mm, centre hole dia 56mm or 64mm, wheel stud holes 14.5mm (4ea.) They are available in 8, 12 and 13" dia.

Check things out first though, there may be differences between here and there. Incidentally, probably the best scource is someone who supplies trailer parts - thats where we get them from.
