Hello,
I am looking for any information or a photo of an Eccles 1958 caravan,4 birth and about 15ft in length,I think the model is a Pirouette.

It is situated a few hundred miles from where we live,I have no idea what they look like or any details of them,can someone help me out?
Some friends spotted it for sale but had no camera with them,the owner was not around,they know nothing about caravans....that`s great

I have trawled through books,magazines and the internet,no joy.

Hi, I have found a copy of an Eccles advert from October 1958,no mention of a model called the Pirouette. There is a 15ft. model called the Landfarer with 4 berths,one double,two singles,end kitchen,toilet compartment. Unfortunately there is no picture of it. By the way,well done with the Viking,it looks excellent !

There was a Swift Pirouette, but later than the 50s.

Someone has made contact with information on Eccles Caravans built in the 1950`s.
The people had got the model name and some details wrong,the owners finally found a friend with a computer,they sent some photo`s by email.
All sorted now,just got to arrange collection over the next few day`s.
