Good rear bumper

Hi John,
Have you just bought the Avenger? Which model is it?
We bought our 1972 1500 Super in June 09. It's worth joining ASOC - it's only by joining that you can access the forum requesting parts, etc.

Hi Andy..I have had the car for almost 4 years now but it's been in storage..i'm planning to start work on it very soon and want everything ready before I start so that i can get it back on the road for summer. The car was just about to be stripped for the banger track when i found it..i paid over the odds for a car that had been accident damaged (a motorbike hit the rear end) but i realised it was too good and too early to let it go to the oval of death!
It's one of the earliest Avengers about (less than 4 months into production) and is also a 1500 Super.
The seats were in terrible condition but I picked up an almost perfect set of seats from a Sunseeker..they will go in until i find an early set.
I joined the ASOC today..on line but nothing back yet.

Well done for saving it! Good seats sometimes turn up on Ebay - what colour/pattern do you need? Look forward to progress updates.

I will take the cars progress to the correct section so this stays as a "wanted ad" Wink
