G686MBV Stolen from Huddersfield
Last seen at 10PM last night. (Thursday 10th March)
Red 1990 spec XR3i with a sportex exhaust, gas shocks, standard wheels and mostly standard everything else.
This is it:

The wheels look non-standard which might aid spotting if out and about.
I think standard XR3 wheels have four large holes in them.

Those pepper pots you posted Peter were infact original alloys fitted to the Mark 3 XR3, the stolen one is a mark 4 and a very late one being a 90, and those infact are the original wheels.
Not that I am that keen on 80's fords but Malta was full of these escorts and they have a following over here. |

That's sad news. Older cars are an easy target and we really should do all we can to prevent them from being stolen.

Car theft has been a problem for years, but with built in immobilisers requiring matching chips to overcome the electronics it's becoming almost impossible to steal modern vehicles without the keys, so the scum of the earth target older cars as they don't require the anything more than a little knowledge to remove your prized possession _________________ ROVER
