I accidentally clicked the Aussie link at the bottom of a search and it comes up with Ebay.com.au as expected. The thing that made me smile is it actually says G'day at the top

Well, E-bay France says 'Bienvenue'. Ebay of Italy and Spain don't seem to have a greeting.
G'day, makes us antipodeans think that it is 'our' auction site!
It would be interesting to find out what greeting would be used in each, if Ebay established a UK county by county service. _________________ Dane- roverdriver but not a Viking. |

Yes they do: Italy's is 'Benvenuto!', Spain's is 'Bienvenido'. |
