Hello,
I read somewhere about an event at the Newark Showground in September called Vintage Truckfest.
As an owner of a Morris Minor Van I thought about taking it along as there was mention of small commercials being welcome.
Is anyone else going along.?

Live promotions the organisers of the Commercial Truckfests around the country started off about 30 years ago with their first event at the Newark Showground.
I was involved way back then in organising some of the sections.
I think the format is to hold an event at Newark to celebrate the 30 years .
I am going to dig out my Bedford CF MK1 from storage and take that.
Fitted with a V8 engine, auto gearbox and cresta diff in the rear axle it is quite rapid.
It has some very subtle body mods that have not dated the look of the van after all this time.
It is nearing 30years also since its first outing at Truckfest Peterborough.
