I was looking at that the other day, a heck of a lot of truck. Dallas recovery are still in business, mostly heavy breakdown recovery from motorways in this area _________________ ROVER

John - do you know if what's left of 'Dallas Recovery' still have their collection of classic fire engines, or at least some of them that they had in the 1980's?
I was told some were in the 'transport museum' in Beith, but never could get the guy to tell me when it was open to the public and then it eventually shut.

Not if you want to go anywhere more than a couple of miles away.Top speed was around 28mph,IIRC.  |
