Spot on Geoff,

I saw this one in Balboa Park, San Diego at an 'Officer & A Gentleman' naval wedding. The old guy that owned it said he had $79,000 in it and it didn't have the original engine or gearbox. It had a Ford engine and auto box with the original gearlever modified as the shift lever. I thought the mascot was Lalique but the owner says it was American made and he had the base custom made.
