|

Hello,
There is a listing for a E Type Jaguar on ebay, the classified advert states that the price is £2,500.
The car is in perfect order...what is the catch or scam.?
The advert asks that you email them before you bid on the car.
Do they want to get hold of your email address for other reasons.?
It just sounds too good to be true.

I can't find it - only a bonnet at the same price. Post the link. |

It looks like the listing has been deleted. There was another car the person was selling,a Ford Escort same price £2,500.00. It said do not bid before contacting me by email or your bid will be deleted.
In hindsight I should of copied them both. I did put it in my watch list but that has disappeared all of a sudden.

The Escort was flagged up on the retrorides website as an ebay scammer, and it disappeared |
