Its been a winter of change and after a lot of thinking I realised I wasnt going to make any progress on the restoration of my Standard Ten so sold it to a friend who as it was stripped and in a poor state he brought it for spares and/or pos restoration as it happens I think he's stripping it for usable bits as he already has an eight and ten, always a shame but it was badly (and I mean badly) bodged by some past owner some of which so bad it was beyond fixing so its the only choice I guess. any way I will now just be keeping my P3 Rover which is on the road so has prompted me to change my user name from standardsteve to P3steve (thanks for doing that for me Rick) I already go by this name on the Rover and other forums so some of you might know it already. Regards all Steve

From you now departed car and name to your current name, perhaps we could say you had moved to a higher standard!
