Does anybody know anything about the CVCM Chelmsford Run due to take place on the 22nd April? I can see it noted on their web page, but wondered where it starts from, what time and what the format is? I'm quite interested in doing something for Drive it Day this year, and this looks interesting.
Anyone know about it?
Thanks,
Dave

Thanks Roger, how are you mate?
I do know Colin, and my car is done now, so will MOT next week then tax it.
I'll try and get to a CVCM meet sometime end of March or early April. I'll try and get Jon down there too in his, he might fancy the run in his too, if it's not too new for them? It is a Ferrari, so I reckon they'll cut him some slack for it only being 23 years old you reckon?

Are you the chap that is noted on the bottom of the flyer? Have you a son called Jon?

Sorry chaps, I won't be at this one, there's a Cambridge-Oxford club meet at Walton on the Naze that I'll be going to instead.

Richard.

Hi Richard
Sorry you won't be on the 'tour'.
Hows the Atlantic coming on.
I am without any transport at the moment, the DLM is getting re painted.

Was always aware the the pre prep was not good last time, was a real embarrassment in certain light.
At least I am on the way up again.

Hi Dave.
I'm sure I have seen cars on some of the events about the same age as Jon's.

I'll try and be at the next CVCM meet at the lodge. Hopefully back on the road.
Still got problems with the ticker, taken nearly three months to what I did in a few days in 2010,
Got to have another scan, then maybe a camera poked up through a vein to have a peek.
ECG had a few blank spots, told the Doc it was having a break Laughing

Roll on Summer

BTW are either of you interested in Little Gransdon.

Hi Roger, sorry to hear you've been having a rough time of it mate. Hope things looking up, be good to catch up soon.
I'll let Jon know, he may well fancy that one. The Manta is all done now, ready for MOT next Saturday. All things being well there, get tax and then happy days from next weekend!! Can't wait.
Think I might be pushing it with Little Gransden as well. Got lots of events planned this year, and not so much support for doing them, if you know what I mean!!
Both Battlesbridge events, drive it day, steeple, galleywood, mill race run etc on the cards, but doubtful for Little Gransden, sorry.
ATB, Dave
