Received this email, might be of interest to people around here:

-------------------------------

I have attached details of a new classic car get together for like minded
classic car owners, which you and your members are most welcome to attend.
The event is free and we meet in the car park every last Sunday of the month
(first event starts on the 27th May) at the Windmill Inn situated just off
the A538 between Poynton & Macclesfield.

It's a chance for a chat and show off the cars, food and beverages are
available as the pub will be open. Starts at 10.00am through to 12.30pm, or
stay on and have a great Sunday lunch in the restaurant.

Hope you and your members find some time to attend, and we look forward to
seeing you at one of the events.

Hi Rick
This could do with some clarification.
The A538 runs between Wilmslow and Macca, it is the A523 between Poynton and Macca.
The nearest Windmill Inn which google maps finds is to the east of the A523 on Holehouse Lane in Whiteley Green.

I didn't double-check the directions and maps for accuracy before posting - the following was in an attached pdf, which might clarify things:-

----

The Windmill, Holehouse Lane, Whiteley Green, Nr Poynton, Cheshire SK10 5SJ, Food, Hot & Cold drinks available
Meet in the Car Park 10am till 12.30pm
