I think the time has come to part with our Viking caravan,we have used it for vintage shows over the last 3 or 4 years, but now that other hobbies are taking up more of our time,it is not getting used as often as it should.

The good bits
Its a fantastic little van weighing in at just over 600 Kgs and pulls lovely, built in the late 70's its showing the patina of time but is still in great condition for its age as can be seen from the photos below,no sign of damp like some of the mould boxes found on Ebay.

It has a 2 burner grill with seperate oven which is is very useful and we have cooked some fantastic meals while away,a fridge and more then enough cupboard and storage space at head height and also under the seats.

Has Thetford chemical toilet in seperate compartment although being 6ft 2" and 20 stone i have never ventured into there as probably wouldn't get out again.

Seats fold down to make one of the most comfortable beds i have ever slept in.

All seat pads have been recovered in the last 2 years and new curtains and blinds fitted .

It has the original porch awning with it although we have only used this on one occasion as we have a modern sun canopy that fits it and this would be for sale as well,as would an Aqua roll, mains hookup cable, spare wheel with brand new tyre, twin gas bottles, hydraulic jack.

Bad bits
Window sill covers are cracked
One front steady leg is not working as it should

So guys and gals ,What do you reckon this would make on the open market?

That looks a clean and tidy little van, very similar to our own. I would have thought you should be looking at £1200 to £1500,having watched others on ebay and knowing what we spent on ours. Good luck with the sale, hope it finds a caring owner. Regards, Andrew.

Hi there, I am looking for a Viking fibre line to buy. Your looks fantastic. We are just weeks away from getting our 68/69 vw camper on the road after a complete overhaul and your van would be perfect. Be great to here from you and more so if van is available. Many thanks

We have decided to sell our Fibreline and are now open to offers, will leave it here a while before we put it onto Ebay or advertise it elsewhere.
