Just got back from Holland, having taken part in the European Classic Caravan Rally, near Maastricht.
177 vans, and around 500 people from all over Europe enjoyed a lovely weekend, organised by the Oldtimers Caravan Club. As this year is the club's Silver Jubilee it was a double celebration.
Sadly, only three caravans made the crossing from UK, two Royales and one Safari, but two ex-pat Royale owners joined us from France.
An excellent selection of Classic vans once again, and the aura of friendship over the whole event was fantastic.
Well organised, well catered, and reasonable weather. What more could one ask! Roll on ECCR 2013, in Germany.
