I used to have a 1929 Eccles that I always assumed to be a Jacobean due to several of the cupboards with "Jaco" written on the back.
I sold it in the eighties to someone who worked at a factory where they made piano hammer covering machines.
I have often wondered where it ended up.
I only have this picture of it when I first aquired it.[img][/img][/url]

I had just finished a 1929 Austin 16/6 and mentioned to Rodney Ansell who owned a garage in Romney Marsh Kent that I fancied a van. He knew of one nearby. It was in its original condition, but the damp had got into it. All the oak panelling was peeling and there was wood eating fungus.
The original lino was in good condition but the forward bunk was missing.
I restored it but due to the time I spent at sea, things rapidly reverted to nature and as I was about to start a course, sold it to someone from London.
