A friend of mine who owns a couple of Optare buses has a couple of model Optares and wondered if I could find out if anyone paints them and can supply the transfers.I dont know of anyone locally if anyone can help.

Hi,
There are kits for making Transfers at home if your friend is going to need large amounts but can get expensive if it's just maybe a 'one-off' ...as to do certain colours you need specific printers.
The alternative is for him to have a search on the internet, here's a link to one company as an example:

Do you know the size/ scale of your friends Bus models?
I'm guessing 1/87 scale (around the popular model railway scale maybe?)
I do model painting myself but probably not very local to you ..I am in Kent/ Sussex area.
