Posting on another topic reminded me that some peoples idea of a definition is often different to others.
A few examples I've come across are below, any one got any more?

1.Needs some attention..............a wreck.
2.Ideal restoration project.............even bigger wreck.
3.Was a runner............................so was the Titanic.
4.No time to finish.....................I hate the sight of the thing.
5.Would respond to TLC...............and a few grand spent.

4 good tyres - but please don't look in the spare wheel well

New battery - totally knackered old battery that was on charge until 5 minutes before you turned up

Lots of spares included - for several different cars

New carpets - to hide the rusty floor

Cheap insurance - if you're Bill Gates

Economical - drinks like a fish

Needs tuning - won't start

Lady owner from new - needs a new clutch

Totally original - never been serviced

Only paint needed to finish - will never see another MOT

Alloy wheels - boyracered shed with a knackered engine

Professionally installed stereo - using stripped down mains cable by a pimply herbert who can't even put his cap on the right way round...

This one could run and run Very Happy
