Isnt this weather horrendous with all the flooding. Luckily I live on high ground and nowhere near a river. It just got me wondering if anyone on here has had their car damaged by the weather.

Great day today here, we've had rain and some of the fields nearby are waterlogged but touch wood we've been ok otherwise.

Just been watching it on the news,
The environment agency can't pump out to the rivers as the rivers are over full, the River exe in Exeter has risen over six foot.

What a lot of people forget, or don't know, is the stench that comes with it.

I was passing Huntingdon on the old A45, now A14, in the late 80's when there had been floods, About five miles before I got to that section I thought the farmers had been spraying the fields with human manure.
You could hardly breath.

Just hope they get a break long enough for some of the water to subside.

Hopefully the weather will ease but the forecast isnt looking good.Its going to be rough right up until Christmas but I hope you and your family will be ok...............Larry.

Just looked out the window after I saw Phil Taylor win the darts (some player) and there is a nice covering of snow. Winter is upon us and I dont need to go to work. Cool
