Surely you mean the Home Service?

A belated 'Best Wishes' Larry. I receive my pension next year, I don't think this 60s decade is so bad, it's those that come afterwards that may not be so good...

Its only a date - we are all a year older than a year ago

This is true but for us oldies one year constitutes a rapidly increasing fraction of what's left.

We just need to walk faster and cram more into each day. All very well in theory except that our bodies tend to mitigate against this.

Not very original, but recycled teenager springs to mind.
Listening to the radio.
In the car its Radio 2.
At work they have Free Radio that is a local commercial station. They must have about a dozen records and they keep playing the same rubbish 3 and 4 times a day. I am glad I don't work full time. That is the grumpy old man talking.
At home I usually listen to American internet stations. My favourite is WWHP from Farmers City in Illinois. Plenty of variety, Blues, Rock n Roll, Country, Blue Grass, a little bit of old pop and very few repeats

Belated greetings to 'the Chief.' Mrs. C is also a Capricorn and rightly moans about her birthday being too soon after Christmas. So this year she's taking an 'official' birthday in May. If HRH can do it etc.

Both born in '52 I can now claim to be married to the older womanuntil April comes.

Hi Larry, Happy Birthday - it's always a good feeling when you wake up in the morning. I was 72 this month but I'm still as daft as I ever was - only difference is now I know I'm daft, cheers,JD.
