Just watched the recording over lunch. Bit disappointing to be honest, skipped over most of the interesting restoration work of the mechanicals and bodywork, seemed to concentrate more on the personalities involved than the car itself.
Not sure I'll bother watching again unless they are going to be restoring something a bit more interesting. |

Very similar in format to Wheeler Dealers and Classic Car Rescue. Would have been nice to have seen a fresh approach.
I guess all of us on here would like to see programmes about the technical issues involved - but presumably those type of programme dont get the viewing figures required.
Mind you, the Geographic Channel is hardly likely to get 30 million viwers anyway... |
