Two of the daftest things I have done are fitting a clutch plate in the wrong way when I was night shift in the Post Office garage and one Christmas Eve putting petrol in my diesel works van. Both times in too big a hurry. Embarassed Embarassed

The mistake I always make is to fettle the points then put the diz cap back on with the rotor still sitting on the bulkhead, then I wonder why it won't start Rolling Eyes Do it every time Laughing Laughing Laughing

I often remove the rotor arm at shows,
The first time, I found how hot they get after a run Embarassed

Ready to leave at the end of the show car wouldn't start, we spent 15 minutes checking this and that, asked my mate to go and get a cup of tea, found a rotor arm with the change in my pocket. Rolling Eyes Embarassed
I gained a new name that day Laughing
