Lately I have been experiencing someone talking through TV programmes describing what is going on. Anyone else get this.?

Have you enabled "audio description", an aid to the blind & partially sighted?

Some of the adverts on TV just now have some great singers and groups on them that I have never heard of. A good few of the songs I have never heard of either and I listen to the radio all the time when I am in the garage.
Who needs Simon pain in the a@@@Cowell and his x factor.
My favourite advert just now is the Caledonia beer advert sung by a group from Dundee called AMWWF. Their version of Caledonia is the best I have heard. Dont know if you get it outside Scotland but it is on You Tube. Cool Cool

The full name of the group is Anderson.McGinty.Webster.Ward and Fisher. Never heard of them before and not really into folk style groups but they are good.
I am more into the 60s groups like the Stones. The Byrds. Yardbirds and a host of others 60s stuff.

I vote the most annoying voice is the commentator on 'Come Dine With Me.'

I watched a programme the other night about a prison. I think it was Aylesbury but I am not sure. What a waste of space these young thugs are and they are persisitent offenders. The first chance they get they are kicking lumps out of each other. And we are keeping this lot. If they want to fight they should be shipped off to Afghanistan. That will see how brave they are. What an eye opener that programme was. Shocked
