Upside is actually owning the car, repairing, driving and showing.
Downside for me is not being able to weld or paint. _________________ The Clan Chieftain |

Hi Larry, funny thing is the downside for me is being able to weld,
as I keep buying yet more rusty wrecks to practice on
Upside is most definitely the driving

Upside; is getting my hands dirty, and doing practical stuff
Downside is the space required; especially when (I as I tend do) its a complete rebuild.

Hi
I know that feeling UKDave, why is it, a dismantled vehicle manages to take up 10 times the space of a complete one! Then you try to find space to work on it too!
Cheers

Which is precisely the reason I've had to rent a second garage - trouble is, I now need a third! |

Upside is the nice people, one get to know, through this hobby, and to own a car with history.
Downside is that I still havent been able to contact owner no 2 = the guy who send the car back to England, to have its Turbo conversion. _________________ http://www.eurods.eu/wp/index.html |

Upsides are driving, and the history.
Downsides are rust! and breakdowns. _________________ Richard Hughes |
