"It's been a journey", for anything that lasted more than a day.
My favourite was always starting a sentence with "With respect". I had an old Guv'nor who said every time I started a sentence that way, what it meant was:
"$*%* off boss you don't know what you're talking about".
And he was right  |

| Your old Guv'nor was right, the 'faceless ones' are everyone - you and me. Language evolves, sometimes the direction it takes might not meet universal approval but language isn't static. New vocal mannerisms come and go, old words fall out of usage, new ones are introduced. If you don't like, don't use them - innit? |

Its like...The more you do the less the better.
