Isis Traveller on ebay needing restored. I have seen an Oxford traveller before but never an Isis. Must be very rare. _________________ The Clan Chieftain |

Oops. Must write out 100 times 'I've got enough cars and projects and do not need another....'
Rare though and I couldnt resist it. could just see it with the Carcruiser caravan in tow and the kids in the back. (That is after an awful lot of welding!) Now deciding what to let go to make space for it _________________ cheers

I cannot find that, mind you it must have already closed. Did you by any chance bookmark the original link? |

I had it on my watch list. For some reason I bought the one with the sunshine floor instead. Obviously something wrong with me.... |
Oh yes, thanks Iain... for some reason I had Traveller in my mind. I did see that one, and read a discussion in another forum we're both in. Isis Man Howard with his finger in both those pies! It did look like a beauty, and yet probably not that different in condition to your Traveller before the restoration work was done.
There is an Oxford Series II Traveller for sale, has been for at least 3 years, only 4 hours drive from me. For some reason I still haven`t been to see it. Partly because it`s $2500, probably rotted out, and with all the wood needing replacing. Have you investigated getting the ash replaced in a Traveller? I assume that your Isis shares the same back half with the Oxford. |
