Ive sprayed a fair amount of cellulose over the years.
I would like to have a go at spraying 2 part epoxy primer.
Do I need a special or different type of spray gun ? What size nozzle?
An expensive gun would probably be wasted on me so what is a reasonable gun to practice with?
Thanks
Mike

You mean like the rustbuster stuff? Considering it was my first go at spraying I was very pleased with the results. I just used a standard lvlp gun with a 1.4 nozzle, there are no special requirements. One of these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BERGEN-Professional-LVLP-Gravity-Fed-Spray-Gun-500ml-Capacity-1-4mm-Nozl-79-99-/390747179593
I could have cleaned the gun out better, there was a wee bit left which dribbled out from somewhere. I scraped it out carefully, the gun is fine. I'm told that cellulose thinner is fine for washing it if you give it a good sloshing around. Rustbuster do recommend their own thinner for cleaning. You have plenty of time, the pot life once mixed is 8 hours
